General Questions
A vision measuring machine (VMM) uses optical imaging (CCD camera + lens) to measure part dimensions by edge detection, while a CMM uses a mechanical touch probe that contacts the part surface. VMMs are faster for 2D measurement of complex profiles, while CMMs excel at 3D geometric measurement of prismatic parts.
A vision measuring machine is an optical measurement instrument that uses a high-resolution camera, precision optics, and image processing software to measure part dimensions without physical contact. It is ideal for measuring complex 2D contours, small features, and delicate parts.
Our standard accuracy is (1.5+L/250) µm, where L is the measurement length in mm. For a 100 mm measurement, this equals 1.9 µm. For higher precision requirements, we offer enhanced accuracy configurations with better optics and scales.

We accept T/T bank transfer, L/C, and for certain markets, other payment arrangements. Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment.

Standard instruments typically ship within 15-30 working days from deposit receipt. Custom equipment may require 30-60 working days depending on complexity.

Yes. Every instrument ships with a factory calibration certificate traceable to national standards. We also offer ISO 17025 accredited calibration from third-party laboratories upon request.
Yes, our instruments comply with CE standards (LVD, EMC, RoHS). We also hold ISO 9001 quality management certification and multiple patents for our measurement technology.
Our quality system covers the entire process: incoming optical/mechanical component inspection, in-process assembly checks, 48-hour burn-in testing, comprehensive final calibration, and sample part measurement validation before shipment.
We ship via air freight, sea freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx) depending on the instrument size and your location. Smaller instruments and accessories ship via express; larger machines ship via air or sea freight in custom crates.
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for many markets, meaning we handle all customs clearance and duties. For other destinations, we ship FOB or CIF and provide all necessary export documentation to help you clear customs.
Instruments are packed in custom wooden crates with foam cushioning, waterproof lining, and shock sensors. Our packaging is designed to protect precision instruments during international shipping.
